1. Who controls your data

2. Data we use and why

• Correspondence and sales conversations: if you email, call or book a meeting, we use the contact details, message and information needed to respond. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Website operation: the server may process your IP address and basic request data needed to deliver and protect the site, based on our legitimate interest in its secure operation (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Visit statistics: Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow statistics”. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time through “Statistics settings” in the footer. Declining does not limit use of the website.

Providing information in a message or booking is voluntary, but we cannot respond or arrange a meeting without the necessary details. This website does not make solely automated decisions about visitors with legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Who may receive data

We use website hosting and email providers as needed to provide those services. If you consent to statistics, visit data goes to Google through Google Analytics. Meeting links lead to Google's external Calendar booking service; Google's privacy rules also apply after you follow a link. The calendar is not embedded here. Read Google's privacy policy for information on its processing. Using Google services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under the arrangements described by Google.

4. How long we retain data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter, then as needed to establish, pursue or defend claims. Technical data is retained as needed to operate and secure the website under the hosting provider's settings. Statistics are retained according to our Google Analytics property settings and Google's terms. Withdrawing consent stops future collection in this browser, but does not automatically erase data collected earlier.

5. Cookies and statistics choices

The website stores your statistics choice in browser localStorage under salesagentai.analytics.choice. After consent, Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_* to recognise visits and produce statistics. Without consent, the Google Analytics script does not load. If you withdraw consent, the website removes those cookies on its domain where your browser permits and does not reload Analytics. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

The “Statistics settings” button in the footer lets you choose again. Allowing and declining are equally available.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact michalryniak@salesagentai.io.
