Autonomy has clear limits.
For each channel and team, you decide which actions the agent handles, when it requests approval and who handles exceptions. The rules cover replies, quotes and follow-up.
Your agent handles routine work while your team keeps key decisions. You set the rules, review actions and approve changes to company knowledge and salesperson style, preserving customer agreements.
Let's talk about your processFor each channel and team, you decide which actions the agent handles, when it requests approval and who handles exceptions. The rules cover replies, quotes and follow-up.
Approving an offer does not automatically send it to the customer.
When expert knowledge or a decision beyond the agent’s authority is needed, the salesperson receives the conversation and agreements.
Each proposal has a source, reasoning and scope: company, salesperson, or customer and case. You identify an authorized person responsible for approving it.
You verify correctness, outcomes and conditions of use against examples. A salesperson’s style does not override product knowledge, ERP data, company rules, permissions, customer preferences or commitments.
After testing, an authorized person approves the change, and publication makes it available within its defined scope. A verified salesperson practice can become a company practice; a single correction does not automatically change everyone’s rules.
From observation through verification and testing to approval and publication, every step stays in the history. Versions retain sources and decisions, so changes can be reviewed and reverted.
Without an assigned salesperson, the company standard applies. After assignment, the agent uses the account owner’s style, while history, preferences and commitments remain with the customer and case.
We agree the scope of personalization and approval permissions with you as part of implementation.
