AI KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Less searching.
More relevant answers.

Your agent selects a solution and prepares the reply. It uses company knowledge and the salesperson’s style, while customer and case memory preserves agreements when ownership changes.

Shared company knowledge

Products, sales rules, discount limits and verified expert practices. A shared foundation for your agents, available only within your company.

Individual salesperson style

Tone, message length, questions and how offers are presented. The agent adapts its communication to the salesperson within company rules.

Customer and case memory

Preferences, conversation history, agreements and commitments stay with the customer and case. A new account owner continues the relationship with the same context.

Before a salesperson is assigned, the agent follows the company standard. After assignment, it uses the account owner’s style while preserving customer context. Style does not override product facts, ERP data, rules, permissions, customer preferences or commitments.

We agree the scope of shared knowledge, salesperson profiles and customer memory with you as part of implementation.

AI KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Verified improvements help in future conversations.

1. A correction with the right scope.

You provide the correct response or decision, its source and your reasoning. You define whether it concerns company knowledge, a salesperson’s style or agreements with a specific customer.

2. Verification and testing.

You check the proposal against examples: whether it is correct, when it helps and where its limits are. A successful salesperson practice can be proposed for the whole company once its outcome and conditions of use are verified.

3. Approval and publication.

An authorized person approves the verified change for a defined scope. Publication then makes it available to the agent. A single correction does not automatically become a shared rule.

The AI Control & Experience Center retains sources, test results and decision history for each version. You can see what changed and revert a change.

EXAMPLE USE CASES

When sales takes
more than an answer.

Choose a business example to see how the agent supports its sales process.

Wholesalers and distributorsProduct selection, ERP data and follow-up.

“I need a product with specific requirements. What do you have available?”

  1. It clarifies the application, required specifications and quantity.
  2. It selects products and variants using the catalog and company knowledge.
  3. It checks ERP availability and shares prices according to company rules, or passes pricing to a salesperson.
  4. It prepares a proposal and manages follow-ups according to company rules.

The customer receives a proposal that fits their needs, while the team has an organized inquiry and the agreed details to continue the sale.

Expert-led salesCompany expertise and help choosing the right solution.

“Which solution will work with my installation?”

  1. Asks about the problem, operating conditions and technical requirements.
  2. Uses documentation, expert knowledge and selection criteria.
  3. Helps select a product or combination of products, taking constraints into account.
  4. Hands unusual cases to a specialist with the information already collected.

The expert joins with the context they need and can focus on the right solution.

Residential property developerAfter-hours qualification and keeping the sales process on track.

A customer writes in the evening. By morning, the sales adviser has their requirements and an agreed next step.

  1. Qualifies enquiries after hours: collects housing needs, budget, purchase timing and contact details.
  2. Hands the customer to the right salesperson with a conversation summary and helps arrange a meeting.
  3. Tracks each stage, the person responsible and the next action’s deadline — including after a property viewing.
  4. Keeps email and phone follow-ups on track: drafts or sends emails under your rules and assigns calls to a salesperson with a deadline and context.
  5. After a customer declines, asks why and records their answer so the team knows where opportunities are lost.

The adviser leads the sale. The agent keeps the enquiry, meeting and follow-up connected as one continuous process.

Our own example: SalesAgentAI

Example: selling SalesAgentAI, from a product enquiry to an implementation decision.

  1. Collects information about the company, its problem, existing systems and desired outcome.
  2. Answers questions using product knowledge and qualifies the customer for a conversation with the team.
  3. Helps book a demo and passes the customer’s needs, questions and context to the salesperson.
  4. Tracks follow-up after the demo and proposal: what was agreed, whose decision is pending and when to reconnect.
  5. When a customer declines, asks why — such as missing features or integrations, budget or readiness to implement — and retains the answer for analysis.

One shared context from the first enquiry to the decision. Conversations, customer needs and agreements stay with the relevant case.
